OUR FEES

Our business model is simple and aims to create common incentives for you and us based on the most successful outcome for you. 

Fixed Fee ("retainer")   →  We charge a small monthly retainer to keep the lights on in the corporate finance factory.

Success Fee                  →  We charge a success fee of a certain % of the value of the transaction. The % will depend on a                                                 few factors of which the size of the deal will have the largest impact.

Service for Equity         →  In some instances we may be able to partly or fully offer our services in return for equity                                                             instead  of cash.
